Factory Authorized Re-manufacture & Rebuild
BW Cutting Solutions is the Pacific Northwest’s only company providing fully re-manufactured or rebuilt Cutting Machines for the steel industry.
During remanufacture we:
- Replace old outdated equipment with the latest, technologically advanced components available
- Strip the cutting machine down to the bare frame and re-paint
- Replace all the bearings, machine wheels, reassemble the carriage and align it
- integrate a new CNC
- Replace drives, plasma control panels, gas systems, torches, hoses, solenoids, ect.
The end product is a re-manufactured cutting system with the reliability, performance, and warranty of a new machine.
